Newly built, bathed in light and fully air-conditioned, this villa has been lovingly designed and carefully decorated to welcome simple moments and great memories. Le Bernard is a small, peaceful village located 15 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and 25 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
