A cosy 35 m² ground-floor apartment in a former walnut oil mill renovated in the 1950s. The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station. On the route to the most beautiful mountain passes in Europe, from the Col du Petit Saint Bernard via Italy's Aosta Valley, the Col de l'Iseran on the Route des Grandes Alpes, the Col du Cormet de Roseland, the Tour du Mont Blanc and numerous hikes. A single but spacious room, with no outside area.

Its location, in the heart of the resort, and its direct proximity to the slopes, allows you to make the most of your stay in the mountains.
