Very beautiful finca style house with lake and sea view and pool. Fully renovated. Situated in a quiet and protected area just a few minutes car or bike ride from the most beautiful beaches of the island and the best restaurants, bars and shops in La Savina, S. Francesc and in Espujols. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . A living and dining room with open kitchen and many outdoor spaces. Lots of terraces and exterior dining area. 180° lake and sea-view and to the east and the west.

The apartment is located in the center of es puyols with private beach entrance in the building.
