Small apartment with garden, Benissa Costa

Cozy apartment with garden between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. Very bright, newly renovated and charming apartment in the Old Town of Javea, with a capacity for four people and on a very quiet street. The urban center is a perfect base for exploring the city. Museums, exhibition halls, cafes, restaurants and shopping promenade are just a few meters away and if you like to walk, the picturesque port of Javea is 1,500 meters away.
