Our charming property, Casa Amida (sleeps 4–6), located in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and is an ideal base on the Costa Blanca. The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4) and a separate guest house with 2 additional sleeping places – ideal for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are a 15-minute drive away.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
