Ideally located on a quiet street of the city center, my duplex apartment offers all the comfort you need to explore Aix and the region: yoga room, projector, AC, private parking. The "rue d'Italie" is down the street where you will have access to some of the best food stores in Aix (see my addresses in my guide book!). The duplex is in a three story building. The first floor (rez-de-chaussé) is used by a contemporary art center, which makes it feel like you are in a town house.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the Mazarin district, historic center, on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building, quiet, garden view, very bright and crossing, facing North/South, 4m under ceiling, a large living room with American kitchen, a large bedroom with king size bed and a bedroom with double bed, as well as a double bed on the mezzanine. A bathroom and a shower room. Recently renovated, floor tiles, very high-end bedding, stylish furniture, premium amenities.
