Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Relax in this unique and cozy space. a renovated old forge. come and spend an atypical stay in the middle of the Drôme provençale. located 10 minutes from Montélimar and 15 minutes from Grignan. you can enjoy the private garden with garden furniture. A soccer cage and trampoline for children just next to the apartment is a park with river, bocce court and picnic table. the accommodation has a bedroom area with a 140 bed and a bz sofa.
