Studio of 20m2 with small balcony on the 3rd floor (no elevator), directly overlooking the lake and the Alps. Access lake and public baths in front of the house. Located near public shops and restaurants. Short-term parking spaces behind the house (other options to discuss).

Very nice 2.5 room apartment 2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from the train station and shops. It is also 10 minutes by bus and 20 minutes walk to the 2M2C of Montreux (Montreux Jazz Festival, concerts, etc.) and the world-renowned Christmas market. You can even afford the luxury of skiing or hiking in the morning at Rochers de Naye (2000 m) and end your day with a swim in the lake. This is my everyday apartment. It is therefore fully equipped.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

There is 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevator) with private parking available. The apartment and terrace are non-smoking.
