The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Il faut compter une heure pour se rendre à l'ÎLE DE RÉ. Vous pouvez vous rendre sur plusieurs îles par un ferry. La maison peut être occupée été comme hiver.

My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will love my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness, with the sound of the sea too!

Parking on the grounds is perfect for doing anything on foot. Ideal for 4 people (up to 6). This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

All cute! All redone! Located 350 m from the beaches and close to the shopping streets of the city centre, in a quiet cul-de-sac without cars. Our holiday cottage is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. Time for a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after all is on foot!
