This cottage is highly rated for its cleanliness, tranquillity and private swimming pool. Numerous activities and beaches on the Presqu'Île (Mesquer-Pen-Bé-Penestin, etc.) nearby, and just 20 minutes from the Bay of La Baule and 10 minutes from the mediaeval town of Guérande.

LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU APARTMENT – sea view

This apartment, located in a listed historic building, offers a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, along with two balconies. Partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, the flat is on the first floor, with a lift. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a launderette (payable). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV to Montparnasse, 25 minutes on foot, shuttle bus service.

Enjoy a stay with family or friends at "Les Cottages de La Baule": a spacious, fully equipped, bright, and tastefully decorated chalet. It comfortably accommodates six people and offers a lovely outdoor terrace for al fresco dining. Ideally located just outside La Baule, you'll appreciate the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, the pétanque court, and especially the swimming pool (unheated - opening May 22, 2026). La Baule beach is 2.5km away (10min by bike, 30min on foot, 5min by car).

Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Direct access to the heated pool and hammam. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

You will appreciate this very spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located house. You will enjoy the garden and the swimming pool for unique moments with family or friends. You will be close to the wild coast and the beach of Port-lin and you can easily access the center of Le Croisic with its shops and restaurants . The package indicated corresponds to bed linen and towels. The option for cleaning is 150 euros. This accommodation is not accessible to disabled people.

The central location of this house favors "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport field...). The saltwater pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you! To enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive, the beds are made. Linens are provided with all the necessary maintenance. To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departures from the port.

90 m2 apartment under the rooftops of Le Croisic. In the heart of the historic port of Le Croisic, in front of the Church of Notre Dame de Pitié, enjoy a large space to rest and visit the peninsula. The house is from 1767, the apartment is furnished in the attic, very simply to preserve as much of the original materials as possible. Please note that the beams and stone walls can create dust, the floor is painted OSB that is not necessarily level everywhere.
