This apartment, located in a listed historic building, offers a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, along with two balconies. Partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, the flat is on the first floor, with a lift. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a launderette (payable). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV to Montparnasse, 25 minutes on foot, shuttle bus service.

The central location of this house means that everything is within walking distance (beaches, marina, market, shops, etc.). The saltwater swimming pool (9 x 3) is heated from April to October (depending on the outside temperatures) and is for your exclusive use!
