Spacious, luminous, air conditioned, the building also offers a magnificent roof terrace (garden furniture). Two double bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds), two en suite bathrooms equipped with a shower (one of them has also a vintage bathtub), three separate toiltes and a fully eqquipped kitchen.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. On the same level as the parking lot, this beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of my home. Separate entrance, two large bedrooms each equipped with a full bathroom and a TV. One of the bedrooms can be transformed into a living room. Equipped kitchen (including Senseo coffee machine with pods and sugar, fridge, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), with TV, terrace, access to the garden.
