This will allow you to feel comfortable and serene, after sometimes long hours of travel. If you wish, we can give you the right addresses as well as the various sites to visit. So you'll be ready to take on the city. Nestled in the heart of old Rouen with its medieval streets and houses that defy the laws of balance, the apartment will allow you to enjoy the many good restaurants, bistros and cozy shops located nearby. The journey between Rouen Rive Droite train station and the apartment takes about ten minutes on foot. If you arrive by car you can park your vehicle, at the parking lot of the Hôtel de Ville a few meters from the apartment by exiting at "Pedestrian walkways" (It costs 15 Euros per 24 hours). Another parking lot about 8/9 minutes away also exists for the same rate: Palais de Justice ("Cathédrale" pedestrian exit). This parking lot is much cleaner, larger, and the spaces are more spacious. Otherwise, parking can be done on the street, with limited time and parking meters. Street parking is free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays. At the bottom of the building, bikes are available for rent. Finally, public transportation by bus is minutes away. Subject to letting us know in advance, check-in can be done 24/7 at no extra cost

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat).
