We are located in a central and quiet part of the city, with access to 27 de Febrero, Máximo Gómez, and Jhon F. Kennedy avenues. Nearby are the Ibero-American University (Uníbe), Zambil shopping center, Banco Popular Dominicano Tower, as well as pharmacies and health centers. The apartment is located on the first floor, with independent access, parking, and an electric gate. It has a cable system, high-speed WiFi, and an inverter.
