The « Voie Verte » can be easily accessed (300m). The Ardèche river is also in walking distance (750m).

It has a large courtyard, a jacuzzi, a children's play area, a terrace with a view and a shared wooded area. Walks, nearby sightseeing, amenities within 10 minutes.
