Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
