Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Charming and spacious house in the heart of the village of Saint-Fargeau, close to the castle and the Sainte-Anne chapel and close to Lake Bourdon, Guédelon and other historic Burgundian villages. Renovated and equipped, you can enjoy its living spaces with foosball, a desk area, a fully equipped kitchen and an exterior composed of a courtyard and a terrace-solarium. Upstairs, you have 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large bathroom and separate toilet.

The Château Gaillard cottage - Charm and comfort

Just a few steps from the ruins of Château-Gaillard, this historic 180 m² townhouse offers a warm and peaceful setting, blending old-world charm with modern comfort: a monumental fireplace, Louis XIII staircase, dressed stone, lime plaster, terracotta tiles and a remarkable timber frame. Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

Beautiful waterfront farmhouse

The accommodation consists of an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, an office, a laundry room, a very large living room with a bar and a fireplace, three beautiful bedrooms (2 with large 1.60 beds and one with two 90 beds) and 2 shower rooms. An outdoor terrace for sunny days. Parking. The pinball machine has been replaced by a foosball table.
