Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lac-Etchemin

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

We loved staying here! The location was perfect to feel private, yet very accessible to walk Quebec City. Returning to the hot tub after a day of walking was heaven! If/when we make a trip back we will stay here again for sure!

I can see the St Lawrence River with floating ice. The river is flowing slowly and near the bank is frozen. This place is great. It is quite easy to find. We arrive at night, Hubert keep the lights on. It is very clean, varm, feels like home. There was snow storm on Sunday night. Hubert clean the snow for us on 4 a.m. We are very appreciate.

it was great house for our small group that was competing at Stoneham and Le Relais. the house has everything we need. Christian was very helpful and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! My partner, dog and I had a fantastic stay at Elaine’s place! The AirBnB is stylish, clean and conveniently located. It is 15-20 min drive from QC’s downtown, and 5 min drive to Montmorency waterfall, 10 min drive to i’sle Orleans bridge. The AirBnB and location felt very safe and friendly. Two notes for anyone thinking of staying at this AirBnB: 1. There is a tenant in the unit below the AirBnB. He is very friendly. Since it is an older building the floors are very creaky and he asked us to step quietly after 11 PM, which we were able to easily accommodate. If you are a louder party, or if you have a “talkative” dog, this might not be the right rental for you. 2. The entrance is on the second floor, up steep-ish stairs. If you have any type of mobility issues, this rental is not for you. Overall, we had a great stay. Elaine was a great host. Such a great option for dog owners. Would visit again!

Great condo with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Clean and well organized. Amazing views of Mount Adstock, spa and patio. Landlords respond quickly to any questions.

This was the best airbnb experience we had in years! The apartment was big, beautifully arranged and super comfortable. The living room was amazing, with the sofa, the big TV to relax and an electric fireplace that added to the comfort. The kitchen was big and had EVERYTHING, including coffee and tea. The location is good and close to Old Montreal, and we had the chance to try several cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The stairs to the bedroom downstairs are very steep, so you have to be extra cautious. We found parking, although we had to be very careful with the schedules and the signs. The host gave us recommendations for things to see and restaurants, responded to every question and had automated messages before we arrived and before we left. Very thoughtful. We'll be back to this same place when we visit Quebec, 6 stars! ⭐

The property was immaculately clean, and the location was fantastic—close to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful retreat. This was the perfect spot for a family getaway. Everyone had privacy, which made the stay so much more relaxing. The house was well-equipped, with every amenity we could have needed, from the kitchen to the living spaces. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and welcoming space. The location is convenient for exploring the area. It was so easy to get to the ferry, which made trips into Quebec City a breeze. As a bonus, we even got to watch the incredible ice canoe racers navigating the icy river while going back and forth—a truly unique and unforgettable experience! Dave and Clara provide a lovely clean home for your stay. We were winter renters so we did not get to experience the pool. The location was perfect for 7 of us to be close to the city for the holidays.
