Discover our beautiful 110m2 villa nestled on the Lège-Cap-Ferret peninsula, recently renovated and air-conditioned, with its heated salt pool, ideal for holidays for families or friends. Located in the village of Claouey, offering beautiful natural setting and total privacy. The bike path to the ocean through the forest is just behind the house. Shops, the market and the pool are 5’away by bike.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
