19th century farmhouse 2.6 km from the center of Charlieu, a small medieval town bearing the label "one of the most beautiful detours in France", you will have a view of the Beaujolais mountains. Natural air conditioning thanks to the rammed earth walls. In this bocage landscape, you will enjoy a cultural stay, museums, abbey...), gastronomic, sports and relaxation. Charming cottage in stone, wood and tiles, located in the countryside at an altitude of 700 m and easy to reach from the A89. Breathtaking views of the countryside and the Forez Mountains… Gite located on a 1 hectare plot, surrounded by animals: cows, donkeys, sheep, goats. "Gite des Contes Amérindiens" with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 50 m2 living room, a beautiful wooden terrace and a large garden. (max. 8 pers) heated and secure pool. Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

This old exposed stone farmhouse is located in the heart of the Bois Noirs range, 5 minutes from the village of St Just en Chevalet. Starting point for many hikes, mountain biking or cycling, you will enjoy the calm and soothing atmosphere, with its wooded and forest environment. The mill and its dwelling house are located on a 3000 m² enclosed plot on the edge of a secure headrace. The mill is stopped, replaced by hydroelectric and solar production activity. Independent and non-adjoining house of 40 m2 in our large enclosed and wooded garden, quiet. On one level, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and baby bed if necessary, a living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and open equipped kitchen. In summer, during the day, access to the swimming pool of the owners' house right next door. (Non-private swimming pool for tenants to share but it is large, 6 m X 12 m) 30% discount for spa guests
