The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a naturalistic area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea The beach can be reached with a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with seawater and the other among the vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in the summer Wi-fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Ideal location with garden: in just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the evocative bar pieds-dans-l'eau LaGuardiola, on 1 of the most beautiful and renowned beaches on the island the town center of Procchio can be reached through 1 evocative walkway on the beach.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
