Apartment Mirtillo is a charming apartment of about 25 sqm, located on the ground floor, with a private entrance and a spacious 20 sqm porch ideal for outdoor dining. In the garden, you will find sun loungers to sunbathe or relax while enjoying the sea view. The apartment is part of a villa consisting of four units, all on the ground floor and with separate entrances. It is a studio suitable for 2 or 3 people, carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts.

In the house: two bedrooms, one double, the other can be double or twin, combining the two beds. The window of the second bedroom has no view. The two bathrooms in the house both have a shower. The large living room/kitchen overlooks a wonderful sea view, facing west, therefore exposed to the sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Casa Chiara Island of Elba Naregno

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, double beds, a full bathroom, and a comfortable glass shower. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs. Naregno beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days on the beach without having to use the car.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
