The Blu apartment, situated on the ground floor, offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one person and a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (with a double bed and 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair (the latter two available on request).

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.
