You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. The 400-year-old in-cave suite offers a unique experience to guests, combining the authenticity of the cave with modern amenities. The building is made entirely of stone in a traditional Mani style. Inside, you will find an authentic rock carving, discreetly illuminated, which was revealed and highlighted during the careful restoration of the space.
