I have to say that the owner of the apartment (Angelo) was very helpful and caring. Without kindness, we can't get anywhere. He was very kind. The apartment was perfect and great for those who do not like to be in chaos. I slept better than when I'm in my home😌. It took 20 minutes or less to add the main station by car. Thank you Angelo. I'll be back!!! 😊

Everything you’ve read is true! Margherita is the world’s best Airbnb host. She takes so much pride in hosting and in taking care of her guests. In my 11 years of using Airbnb, I have never had such a thoughtful, caring, attentive guest. The apartment is beautifully decorated with special details. She leaves a fridge full of snacks and beverages and responds to any need. The apartment is in an awesome location: quiet through a private gate and surrounded by flowers. When you exit the gate, you can walk to the left to the bus stop, which is only a couple of minutes away and takes you directly to the center of Perugia. If you walk to the right, there are many cafes and restaurants down the street. Marta the cat is also the biggest sweetheart, and I will miss her so much! I cannot thank Margherita enough for making me feel welcome and safe while I traveled alone here. I really hope I can return soon. Best Airbnb experience ever! So peaceful but near everything you’d want ❤️

Friendly welcome by Daniele's father. Beautiful modern upstairs apartment, very clean and everything was available from towels to kitchen items. We were able to park a rental car behind a closed gate. From the house we have seen a lot of beautiful Umbria. Highly recommend Assisi, Spello and Perugia and also towards the Trasimeno lake. Highly recommended to visit this area. There are plenty of supermarkets in Corciano itself. Daniele and family thank you very much we have enjoyed the welcome and apartment.

Lovely new apartment that was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Great quiet location that was ideal for day trips around the region. Apartment was just as pictured and kitchen was well appointed. Laundry area in basement was exclusive to the unit and had full size washer and dryer. Daniele was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again if we were in the area.
