Beautiful oceanfront villa, with a large private swimming pool, on over one acre of land. Ocean in front, a small creek on one side, and lush mountains behind. This is our most popular property. It has a nice terrace and gazebo by the pool. The setting is very peaceful, with a lot of open space. Big private lawn area, very safe for children to run around and play. Gardenia is at the end of our private road. One restaurant within walking distance and others that will deliver or pick you up.

Our apartment on the 2nd floor with a spacious terrace has a spectacular view of the sea. There is a bright sunny bedroom, a bathroom, a small outdoor kitchen and a huge shaded terrace. The is a working space/table with fast internet. The apartment has separate access via its own staircase. It is perfect for couples or single travelers seeking peace and quiet. As we live from November to April on the 1st floor ourselves, we are looking for quiet and considerate guests. No Smoking please.
