De royale woon/eetkamer heeft een zithoek met open haard en flatscreen tv, een eethoek en halfopen compleet uitgeruste keuken met o.a: gaskookplaat, oven en afwasmachine. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met wc, bidet, wastafel en inloopdouche. Er is een groot balkon op het zuidwesten.
