Mole's loft with the best view of the east of the island

Loft for a couple located between two postcard locations in Floripa. A few meters from Praia Mole and overlooking Lagoa da Conceição, the cozy atmosphere offers an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, air fryer, sandwich maker, kettle and utensils) and a mini barbecue for a better view of the East of the island. The apartment is located within a safe condominium and family environment, in front of Praia Mole between Joaquina beach, Galheta and Barra da Lagoa. No parties allowed 😉

Floripa: peace in the midst of nature and close to everything!

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet place (facade/corridors under renovation) It is located in the Itacorubi neighborhood, and has easy access to the center (7 km), northern beaches (20 km) and Lagoa da Conceição (6 km) and 10 km from Floripa Airport. The region is served by public transport (in front of the apartment), small markets, bars (5 min walk) and is close to the Botanical Garden of Floripa (15 min walk). Easy access to universities, the Technology Centre and shopping centres.
