Small guest house with a separate entrance, consisting of an en-suite bedroom. Complete with stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and air-conditioning. Located in an upscale neighborhood near the university and Iguatemi shopping mall. The accommodation is located at the back of the main house. The neighborhood is totally residential and quiet. We are located in the heart of the city, 15 minutes from the center and 20 minutes from the nearest beach. Pet friends are welcome! (Pet fee applies)

Our family's summer residence. Located on the beautiful beach of Barra da Lagoa, 500m from Barra beach, near the beaches of Mozambique, Mole Beach, Joaquina and Lagoa da Conceição.We located the superior environment, which is totally independent and accommodates up to 4 people with quality. Full kitchen, cable TV, wi-fi, swimming pool, area with barbecue and wood-burning stove, ample land for parking and recreation for children. An excellent place for those looking for peace and beautiful beaches!

We are strategically located near the center of Lagoa da Conceição (you can walk) and if you want to enjoy the beach, you can take the bus to Joaquina, which stops right at the door (to get to and from)!
