An entire 110 sq. meter apartment, located in SJDR, near the Águas Santas (Tiradentes) resort, the space is ideal for those who want to enjoy the historic cities or simply relax, taking advantage of our double hot tub, solar heated pool, view of the São José mountain range, 2 bedrooms (35 sq. meters and 12 sq. meters) with king size and double beds, and balcony with hammock. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has independent entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 5 minute drive . We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, goose feather pillows and “bathing” towels for added comfort and a charming pantry/kitchen that is the face of Tiradentes. The place is very quiet and safe, and it is possible to park on the street near the building. I'm a Turismologist, a citizen of Tiradentes and I love to pass on tips on local culture and gastronomy, as well as tours of the region.
