Brand new gorgeous basement apartment

Come and relax in this brand new basement apartment. Amazing lights and high ceilings will make you forget you are in a basement. Enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable furniture. We do live upstairs and we do have an active family but we do our best to never interfere with your goings on. Yes, there might be some piano practice and some running around of normal life above you, but we do work hard to live by all the quiet hours and rules we ask our guests to live by. Better than a Hotel

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
