The house is located 1 km away from the center of Lagos and 1.5 km from the nearest beaches (potato beach, students and pinhão) Free parking in the surrounding area.

No entanto , os utentes podem desfrutar de todo o seu conforto interior e todas as suas comodidades como wifi (fibra), ar condicionado, máquina de lavar roupa e loiça, forno, placa , exaustor, frigorífico ,TV satélite e termocumulador. Também têm pratos e copos.
