This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Relax in our home away from home. We are just minutes from SPI golf course, 10 minutes to Historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes from beautiful South Padre Island. You can take in an early tee time, stroll through the many shops , museums and dining establishments that our area has to offer.
