Close to cozy restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafés, pharmacy, cinema and liquor store. We have an allergy-friendly dog in the house. The kitchen has a stove but no oven. Microwave available, as well as coffee maker and kettle. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Bathroom with bathtub. Incl. Wi-Fi, TV with Apple TV. Pet-free and smoke-free. Fresh apartment in central Laholm. Proximity to shops, gym, city park and city center. Distance 450 meters to Lagan where you can fish with a fishing license. 400 meters to grocery store 950 meters to the city center 1.5 km to Glänningesjö where there are docks and diving towers. 6 km to Mellbystrand where there is a shopping center and Sweden's longest sandy beach. Easy to take public transport here. Grönkulla stop about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor (stairs) with a small wooden deck with dining table and chairs right outside the door.

This is a lovely cute little apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a double bed (140 cm). Renovated in 2025. The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in the corner of the property. You have access to your own patio and small grass patch. The accommodation is suitable for vacation, business travelers, cyclists passing along the Kattegattsleden. The apartment is only about 400 meters from the beach and 100 meters to the bus stop, with good connections to Laholm, Båstad and the train station CLEANING & BED LINEN INCLUDED

The Caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was built almost 100 years ago and the apartment was then home to the janitor's family. The apartment consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a well thought-out floor plan with high ceilings, an old-fashioned pantry and a large wardrobe, which has been renovated with durable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified bedding. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

A few minutes walk to the bus station that will take you to the train station for onward travel to both Malmö/Copenhagen and northwards to Gothenburg.

It is only a short walk from the main train and busstation in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre.
