Welcome to Villa Söderläget! A small house with great opportunities. Quiet area with lovely views to wake up to. Walking distance to Laholm city center and only a few minutes' drive to both Melbystrand and Båstad. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom and underfloor heating throughout the house. A loft of about 12 m2 with a 180x200 bed. Sofa bed for two people and air mattress for two people. Bed linens, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels are available for rent if desired.

Cozy holiday cottage on secluded nature plot near lake with jetty. Here you are surrounded by both open pastures with grazing animals onto the corner. But also proximity to both forest, lakes and swimming beaches. Proximity to Hallandsåsen there to hike, bike or visit the adventure park in the summer. In winter, there is possibility for alpine skiing. Drive to Markaryd and experience a moose safari. Swimming opportunities are available both in beautiful Knäred but also in Mellbystrand with its 12 km long sandy beach.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Stay in a cozy log cabin in the middle of the forest, 100 meters from the lake! Beautiful surroundings, many places to walk and relax in nature both in summer and winter. Vallåsen Park which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country skiing tracks is only 25 minutes from our cabin. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Rofyllt house among sheep, meadows and Swedish countryside idyll

Welcome to our tranquil farm with blooming gardens, red-painted houses and grazing sheep. You live in a secluded cottage with the sheepfold just outside the door - only 300 meters to the lake and 20 minutes by car to the sea. The farm is carefully renovated with natural materials and recycling, and our small-scale crops follow the rhythm of the seasons. Here, there is a quiet calm that many guests highlight – perfect for those who seek nature, silence and simplicity.

Living in the countryside

Gården är belägen längs med västkusten och ligger mitt i mellan Köpenhamn och Göteborg och 15 min till havet. Boendet har två lägenheter med extra fristående rum för större sällskap (se mer specificerat nedan). Det finns större gemensamma utrymmen så som, stort fullt utrustat kök med matplats upp till 25 gäster och stort trä däck precis utanför i en mycket trivsam trädgård att botanisera i. Närhet till sportiga och roliga aktiviteter. (se mer nedan)

Nature-loving cottage on Hallandsåsen

Cozy cottage up on Hallandsåsen with large nature plot and many opportunities for activities regardless of the season. The area offers nice walking and cycling trails and at nearby lakes there is the possibility of swimming and fishing. In the summer there is a large communal outdoor pool a few 100 meters away. It usually opens sometime in June. If you want to go to the sea, it is 35 km both to Båstad, Mellbystrand or Ängelholm.

Cottage on a farm with sheep, crops and nature

Welcome to our cozy guest house in a classic Swedish rural idyll. Here you can live simply but comfortably in an old brewery with its own entrance, kitchen and bedroom. The house has been carefully renovated with clay, linseed oil and recycled materials for a natural and healthy feeling. In the yard, there are sheep, cats and small crops, and just a short walk away, both forest and quiet lake await.
