Walking distance to Laholm city center and only a few minutes' drive to both Melbystrand and Båstad. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom and underfloor heating throughout the house. A loft of about 12 m2 with a 180x200 bed. Sofa bed for two people and air mattress for two people. Bed linens, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels are available for rent if desired.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is amazing and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and elk grazing in the field. At the back there is a large terrace where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

If you want to get away from driving, there are bicycles to rent. From autumn to early summer, the space can be used as student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
