This residence features an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room, children's and teenagers' games room. Swimming pool, sauna and hammam are open year-round except for the pool which will be closed from January 5th to 24th.

Ideally located in Charron to visit the Vendée and its beaches and the islands of the Atlantic coast (Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix), Fort Boyard, the Palmyre Zoo, the Poitevin marsh, the Green Venice etc...

Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. Located in the former Palais des Gouverneurs in a private park in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, a village characterized by its Vauban fortifications. Close to the harbor, restaurants, shops and the beach. You will have an 18 m2 terrace and private parking. You will be greeted by the owners residing on the island, and who will be at your disposal. For our animal friends, hosting with the owner's permission.

Small independent accommodation, ideal and especially functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property with 3 other homes including ours, in a quiet and family environment. The green spaces, swimming pool and Jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different accommodations. The Jacuzzi is accessible all year round only by reservation and under several conditions. Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
