There is a great new sunroom with AC and electric fireplace for four seasons. The fire pit is the perfect gathering place for the cool evenings. 5 miles to Lake Anna State park and even closer to waterfront dining. Level 2 Electric Charging station provided at no extra charge. New Gym building added for 2026.
