Recently renovated farm house in the charming historical village of Giez, offering a mix of traditional features and modern day family living. Giez village boasts beautiful walks, great golf, short distance to the shores of Lake Annecy and the local ski fields. The activities in this area are endless and offers something for everyone, lazy days reading a book in the garden to hikes, road cycling, parapenting and waterskiing. Its hard not to fall in love with this beautiful village.

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located 4 km from Annecy's Old Town (via a cycle path), at the end of a cul-de-sac, right by the lake (with a private jetty), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!
