The lake house

The apartment is located on the ground floor with private access and is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Trevignano Romano, a short walk from the center, restaurants on the lake, the village and the beach. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.

The Exclusive Torre del Bennicelli

A charming location, a monastery from 1600 among the hills surrounding the cliff of Orvieto surrounded by greenery but a few minutes from the Duomo, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio and the motorway exit. A large garden and seasonal outdoor pool are exclusively available to visitors. It consists of three bedrooms each with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and billiards, a laundry room and a bathroom.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Close to the medieval quarter, close to the main monuments such as the Palazzo dei Papi and its loggias, the square with the Cathedral and a few minutes from the Baths of the Popes. Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature. From June, the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be paid at the property for a maximum of 4 days
