Beachfront holiday rentals in Lake Champlain

Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Gorgeous place. The cabin is a real treasure in nature. A very cozy place, also very clean and had everything we needed. The road to get there is also very easy. Scot is also very responsive and of great help. Looking forward to be back.

MJ and Packy’s listing was exactly as described. Right on the Hudson River with beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were comfy (beds could be upgraded but were adequate). Super clean bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of linens/towels. It’s 15-20 minutes from Glen Falls and Lake George and 25 mins to Saratoga Springs, if you want more options for food/nightlife/things to do. We were snowed in for a day and it felt just like home - games/tv/comfy couch. Would recommend.

This was a perfect weekend getaway. The cabin is cozy, hidden away and perfect for couples. Having a hot tub off the bed room and private doc was amazing. The host, Bobby, was super easy to communicate with and met us when we pulled in to get us in no problem. Highly recommend the Baker mountain trail head which is just a few minutes away. It gets a bit steep, but an excellent view at the top!

Kat’s cabin is charming and just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away.. we had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. We found the cottage, very clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t use the kayaks as we were very excited to do so. We did find some quaint shops and great restaurants in the area and would definitely enjoy a stay here again.!

David’s cabin was the perfect getaway. Beautiful spot right on the water, super clean, and the hot tub was amazing. David’s communication was excellent and made everything so easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Beau logement sur deux étage, bien éclairé à proximité du centre ville de magog. Les deux chambres et deux salles de bains sont un gros plus. Avons passés un agréable séjour chez Véronique elle était au petit soin et a bien veillé à ce que nous manquions de rien. A recommander sans hésiter!

Good getaway spot for a weekend in the winter. The area was quiet and private. Not too many people around which was great. Not far from downtown Lake George and 15 min from Bolton Landing. Place was clean and had everything we wanted! We will go again at some point! Beautiful views if you walk towards the water. Fireplace worked well. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. All basic amenities provided.

Benoit est un hôte très attentionné. D’abord, il m’a offert la possibilité d’entrer au condo plus tôt, ce que j’ai fait et vraiment apprécié. De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé sur la table plusieurs petites collations. Quelle délicatesse de sa part! Ce qui m’a aussi ravie, ce sont les trois bûches fournies pour un feu de foyer. Autre avantage notable : la piscine, le spa et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Enfin, je donne un À+ à Benoit pour la communication rapide et tous les documents de consignes très claires à l’intérieur du condo. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce condo qui correspondait tout à fait à la description et qui était d’une propreté irréprochable. Pour moi qui voyageais en solo, c’était parfait. Toutefois, je trouverais cela un peu petit pour quatre personnes. Enfin, l’emplacement de ce condo est génial, surtout en été avec le lac MemphréMagog! Cela dit, je le recommande vivement. This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

This exceptional lake house provided the most welcoming space we could have asked for to celebrate our family and to spend time together. From heated floors on the cool nights to the beautiful piano to the awesome "grown-up-sized" Jenga, we filled our days with settling in together and simply enjoying! We are so grateful for Dina to sharing this wonderful home with us!!

I have been coming up to the area since I was young, but it was my wife’s first trip to the Adirondacks. I wanted to show my wife all of the special places my dad took me when i was little. I managed to show her some of the other spots before we checked in, and I’m glad I did, because once we arrived at the air bnb, we were home. It took little time to realize that we were spending the entire trip on the lake and at the camp. To try to put it in perspective, we woke up each morning while it was still dark to make sure we could watch the sun rise above the lake each morning (and get some prime fishing time in). The cabin itself is well maintained, and very charming. Ona was very responsive and an excellent host. Highly recommend!

The cottage was so lovely, the setting was peaceful and beautiful. It made us feel at home with all the special touches. John our host was superb. Just an amazing place 😊🥰

Place is clean and modern. View is amazing. Bruce and Virginia are great to work with. Only drawback is the close proximity of the road. Not comparing value to only Vermont so possibly unfair but when compared to other places in the US as well as multiple other countries it could be a better value. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a great long weekend. Close enough to the crowds to enjoy, and far enough away to be private and also enjoyable. It would be nice to see some growth in restaurants and more options for food.

Frank was a great host. Made sure we had everything we needed. A snowstorm dropped 18 inches the day before we checked in. Frank had the place fully cleared of snow it was no problem at all. Proactive host. Very responsive. Most certainly will rent from Frank again. Highly recommend to others.

Steve was very nice and gave clear instructions & answers about the place. The house itself was perfect for a group to stay while on a ski trip and the hottub was a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend staying there and I will definitely be inquiring to Steve again about staying there again!
