Super sharp industrial townhouse loft located in a Traverse City neighborhood just south of the downtown hubbub. Very close to the NOBO district with restaurants and shops to the west, and Civic Center park just a couple of blocks away. Full kitchen and living space with smart tv for streaming, a full bathroom on main level, and a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed in the upstairs loft. This loft is 564 square feet.

It is within walking distance to several great restaurants, shopping, and a walking/bike trail. This apartment has a keypad on the front door so you can arrive at your convenience and enter with a code.
