Original style unique circa 1972 Port-A-Lodge on Lake Mathis. Recently renovated. Enjoy fishing/swimming by boat! Lake levels fluctuate. Lake levels are medium now. Huge covered deck with lots of seating and outdoor charcoal grill. Decorated with modern art touches and safari themed. This cozy but comfortable double "igloo" with Queen size bed, renovated walk-in shower, new flooring, and kitchen amenities. Perfect for weekend getaway, longer stays available. Boat trailer parking. The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.
