Beachfront holiday rentals in Lake County

This was our second visit to Amanda’s and just like the first time, it left my boys with fun memories. We will be back next summer.

Had a wonderful family getaway for the weekend with our college kids. Plenty of room for all 6 of us and our dog. Enjoyed bird watching and the beautiful sunrises. And area hikes. Kids had a blast with the kayaks. Thankyou Greg! Hope to be back again soon.

Every year we visit Cypress there are more improves and amenities. Always a great stay and so much to do. Amanda and her team run this place like a well oiled machine. We visit once in the winter and once or twice in the summer. A favorite for sure.

Amanda is the best host I’ve ever had, she is so friendly and responsive. Her kitchen was fully equipped, she gave us the option of having firewood delivered, the place is absolutely beautiful, you walk down some stairs to get to the beach. A group of 8 moms went there for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

The Cabin was super cute and just as described. Every time I reached out with a question or request, Amanda responded promptly and helpfully. Would definitely book again.

The place was beautiful. The house is a bit old but we didn’t mind it, it made it feel homey in a way. My friends and I loved the hot tub, would love to come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at Amanda's place! It was quiet and the view of the water was really gorgeous. Amanda was very response and kind. The place was clean and as pictured. The environment was also very safe and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Tucked along the quiet northern edge of Antioch, this house doesn’t just offer a place to stay - it gives you something to feel. Vaulted ceilings, custom barnwood beds, and raw concrete countertops set the tone: warm, solid, and built with intent. The private beach isn’t flashy - it’s better. Soft sand, still water, and no reason to rush. Grill outside, gather at the big family-style table, then sweat it all out in the sauna that feels like it was made to erase stress. The beds hit the sweet spot between firm and forgiving. Every corner of the place feels curated without being pretentious. Jewel is just up the road if you need supplies, but you’ll quickly forget the outside world exists. And Waylon? The kind of host you rarely get - quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and fully dialed in without hovering. This isn’t just a weekend rental - it’s the kind of place that makes you rethink how you spend your time off. You’ll leave better than you arrived.

We had a great time! It was peaceful and nice to wake up every morning with the sunrise! The weather was beautiful so getting out onto/into the water was easy and fun! I do have to say, if spiders make you uncomfortable, then maybe not the best place for you :) It was a super cute spot and fun to be right on the water!! We really had an awesome weekend!

This place is truly a hidden gem, and I’m glad I came across it! From the onset hosts Tim & Robin were very responsive + friendly. The listing photos match the cabin truly was a lakeside escape that I needed, it met all my needs and then some! The only slightly downside I noticed was, and it’s a natural occurrence than can be treated was the sulfur smelling water - only mostly noticeable during the shower, maybe my sensitive nose. Everything else was a A+ rating! The deck was amazing and blew me away - I made it a mission to wake up at sunrise and have coffee on the dock that overlooks the lake. They have many open great spaces, seating, plenty of photo op moments, comfy bed. I actually was happy to meet and greet Tim + Robin - both were friendly and gave helpful area recommendations (Stade’s Farm!). They have created a nice lake escape and one I will make efforts to return in the future! Fall or summer this place has lots to offer, and very peaceful but also near attractions.

Gorgeous home, in a quiet spot, the house has everything and made our trip perfect. We loved kayaking and hanging by the beach. A lot of bass were caught right off shore and the water was surprisingly warm for hanging out. The space inside was perfect for family meals, and relaxing.

The place was stunning, inside and out. The couches were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. The view of the lake and beach was phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable. Had a great time staying here and would 10/10 recommend to others looking for a beautiful, relaxing lake house.

It was a quick birthday weekend trip. The guys were able to fish a little despite the wind and were delighted with the chance! The outdoor fireplace was amazing and the wind died down enough to make it a great relaxing spot. The screen porch had a beautiful view of the lake in the and having morning coffee was a joy. Our family had a great stay at Jeffrey’s place. We especially enjoyed the kitchen with full amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the nice view and the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend! Would stay again in the future once the weather gets a little bit warmer.
