We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. **This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.** Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road. If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. There are two parts to the cabin you can book, depending on the number of guests - up to 8 max (adults, children, infants). With 6 people or less you will have the main part of the cabin (living area, kitchen, 2 bdrm, 1 1/2 ba). If you want to add on the “Bunkhouse” (studio suite w/kitchenette, 3/4 BA, 2 beds) you MUST book for “8” people, which will be for both parts of the cabin. If the Bunkhouse is not included in your original booking it will be locked-off and unavailable during your stay

Set in a quiet family neighborhood, this is NOT a party house--respectful noise levels are a must, violations are enforced. This Cabin is Pottery Barn decorated with all major amenities, including Laundry, Spa/ Jacuzzi, Plasma TVs in every room. Loads of family friendly activities nearby (Lake, Snow Summit, Village, Alpine Slide, Brewery). My Cabin is Excellent for 1-2 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets ($50 each).

Kitchen has large oven two sinks. Seating for 12 at dining room. Due to low lake level, water is 200 yds away. Lakefront only at full capacity. Max 10 adults/14 total including children. Abuts park with zipline and baseball fields and dog area right in back to the left. Lake is to the right.

So LARGE & SPACIOUS! BEST location in Big Bear! SKI/IN-SKI/OUT thru Backyard. Shuttle to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain is just out the backdoor. Morning walks to Starbucks are a tradition, and 1/2 block walk to Walgreen's for "whatever?" is always fun! Kids safely scooter and ride bikes around flat residential neighborhood, restaurants are only a 2 min walk. The village for movies/shops/restaurants is within a mile. The lake, hiking/biking trails all within a few blocks. BEST LOCATION!
