We would love to welcome you in a peaceful environment with your family or friends, where you can walk in the enchanting atmosphere of nature, barbecue on your own 5-acre land.

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

So is there a feature you definitely want to have in my home? ~ 3.5 km (10 minutes) from the highway exit and 1.5 km (5 minutes )from the center. ~ All kitchen equipment and tea,coffee,sugar,salt,oil,charcoal, etc. are available to you. ~ The bungalow closest to my house is 50m away (it is not dipdibe houses)
