Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.
