Dear guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and it has been renovated as of 10.15.2024. This unique place has a style all its own. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

In addition to general cleaning, we disinfect our house with both ultraviolet light and high temperature steam in order to provide extra hygiene in today's conditions.
