The cycling path, which was a railway line in the last century, is 20 m from the apartments, the cross-country track is 50 m, and the forest is 20 m away. The intermittent lake Ledine, 100 m from the apartments, freezes in winter and becomes a real paradise for skaters. The linden tree in front of the apartment house is already 90 years old and offers socializing to the guests of the apartments.

The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.
