Very nice area, very nice apartment a little small the living room for 4 people, but comfortable. The rooms with the bathrooms were larger and very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. and very well-equipped. Daniela took very good care of us, always attentive. The pool is a little cold, it's girl, like for Boys. My daughters were also able to bathe, but there were children who did not come in. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet, the building is very tidy and clean.

We went 3 to get to know the city and surroundings, we were Ubered since the hike for my mother was difficult, because of the inclination of the lanes on the hill. It is a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, including drinks, snacks, so as not to go out and buy right away. We slept very well the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I looked at choosing this place for my family. Grazie Marcos, por todo.

My stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything necessary for a multi-day stay: from kitchen utensils to amenities that made our trip very pleasant. The host, Camila, was very attentive and was always available for any questions. In addition, the people in concierge were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I started. The apartment offered excellent views. Also it is very close to everything, which made it easy to move around the city without hassle. I totally recommend this place for those who visit Puerto Montt or want to visit nearby cities such as Puerto Varas and LLanquihue.

The apartment is well furnished and relaxing. Bed and pillows were all extremely comfortable. Good hot water. Closet with coat hangers is very appreciated. Close to grocery stores, and easy walk to the water. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was just what we needed. Quiet but close to restaurants and stores, comfortable and pleasant to be. The pieces also had nice views. Carolina helped us with everything and was always quick and kind to respond. The place is ideal for those traveling with small children. Our 2 year old son was happy playing at the entrance of the building and given the lack of street activity we could be quiet about him walking alone and running around. The Balcony was also a great entertaining for him. It was a very good stay.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

My stay was perfect. The place is just as shown in the pictures: comfortable, clean and really beautiful. The service was excellent, always very attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it. An experience of 10!

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and close to the beach, variety of places to eat and mini markets. Benjamin is a good host and was very attentive during my stay. Prior to arrival, there was no problem agreeing on an early check-in as I would arrive in Puerto Varas in the morning.

We came on our honeymoon to this home in Puerto Montt and, from day one, we felt right at home. Isolde and Sergio are incredibly kind, always with an interesting conversation and an affection that made us feel like family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, long talks with Don Sergio and fun board games with Isolde. As a finishing touch, we were lucky enough to try a spectacular curanto, the best thing we ate during our stay. We leave with a full heart and sure that we will return. In addition, the little dog "Guacolda" is the cutest part of the stay!

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest
