The basement is perfectly set up for gathering around the bar, poker table, watching TV or reading and game area. Boat Dock with slide and swim platform.

There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Come enjoy the water or visit nearby Shawnee Wine Trail, Ferne Clyffe State Park, hunting, fishing and much more. Located 6.5 miles off I-24 Exit 7.

Right off the dock is a great place for swimming or just sunbath on the huge Lilly pad.
